A website must be accessible to anyone. With this in mind, when creating web content it is best practise to be consistently meeting web accessibility standards. As a creator it is your responsibility to keep in mind the perspective of every user, when they are visiting a web page. Users may have motor, cognitive, visual, or auditory disabilities. All user experience is improved when these web accessibility standards are followed.
